Official Rules for The Salem Wedding Show $500 Alaska Airlines Gift Card Giveaway

 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

 

1. Sponsor

This promotion is sponsored by Affinity Wedding Expos LLC dba The Salem Wedding Show, 4227 S Meridian, Suite D-402, Puyallup, WA 98373

 

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Limit one entry per person. Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and agents of Affinity Wedding Expos LLC, along with their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.

 

3. Promotion Period and Entry Deadline

The promotion begins on the first day VIP tickets for The Salem Wedding Show go on sale and ends at 3:00 PM PT on October 24, 2026. 

 

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

 

a) VIP Ticket Purchase Entry: Each VIP ticket purchased for The Salem Wedding Show automatically provides one entry into the giveaway for the ticket purchaser. Limit one entry per person.

 

b) Free Mail-In Entry: To enter without making a purchase, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE) to:

A free entry form will be mailed to you. Completed entry forms must be received back by October 16, 2026 to be eligible. Limit one entry per person.

 

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $500 Alaska Airlines Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500. No cash or prize substitutions are allowed. The prize is non-transferable.

 

6. Selection and Notification of Winner

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, including both VIP ticket entries and valid mail-in entries. The drawing will be conducted using an electronic random name picker on Saturday, October 24, 2026 at 9:00 AM PT.

 

The winner will be notified via email and must claim the prize in person at The Salem Wedding Show during public show hours. A valid photo ID matching the name of the ticket purchaser or mail-in entry form must be presented to claim the prize.

 

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, including VIP ticket entries (up to 200) and all valid mail-in entries.

 

8. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize. No taxes will be withheld by the sponsor.

 

9. Publicity

Unless prohibited by law, winner agrees to allow Affinity Wedding Expos LLC to use their first name, last initial, and city/state for promotional purposes. In the state of Oregon, consent is not required and may be declined.

 

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the promotion. By entering, participants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding.

 

11. Winner List

To request the name of the winner (for prizes valued over $25), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by January 31, 2027, to:
